How do I pay?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the counter, we accept credit card payments, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to your cleaner.
Should I tip?
100% of the tips go to your cleaner. It's that simple. If you are happy with the service with or without tip our cleaners do their best to make you feel fresh in your home.
What should I do before my first visit?
For pet owners, simply find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.
Do I need to be home?
No, many clients are running errands, working, or traveling while we clean. Indeed, you are more than welcome to observe our team if you would like to point out feedback. It is your home at the end of the day! Our team is able to adapt to kids, pets, and people around so feel free to stay or leave the home.
What time will you arrive?
We work closely with our clients to ensure we meet their timeframe window. If we are running behind we will message well in advance.
What if they missed something?
What makes MagicTouch great is that we do our very best the first time. If you find an area that could use more attention we are more than happy to come back and take care of any concerns.
Do I need to use my cleaning supplies?
No, we got you covered our team is equipped with all their supplies.
